“You Can’t Stand Here”: Hulk Hogan’s Hilarious Ordeal at an Airport as Narrated By Former WWE Star

In the recent edition of the ChrisVanVliet podcast, former WWE star, TJP joined in and shared numerous stories about the Pro Wrestling industry. Notably, one of the people he talked about the most on the podcast was WWE Hall of Fame, Hulk Hogan.

In conversation with CVV, TJP shared a story about Jolene the seamstress, who once narrated to him the incident, where Hulk Hogan was forced to board a plane at the airport among other passengers.

In the world of professional wrestling, Hogan has earned a lot of respect. Thus, as per TJP, Hogan is the apex of professional wrestling since he made the entire wrestling business popular. However, Hogan, a megastar, had to go through the regular boarding process, which he found challenging, since he never does that.

According to the story, Hogan and Jolene once had to take a flight on Southwest Airlines while Hogan was still a member of the TNA. This airline didn’t have first class, as it only flew small distances, and Hogan often traveled in first class, so it was shocking for Jolene to find him standing for boarding.

The interesting Airport experience of Hulk Hogan

Hogan and Jolene were traveling together because they were both from the Tampa-Clearwater area and both worked for TNA. TJP stated, “She was like the company for some reason booked us both on Southwest. And it’s like Jolene I understand, or anybody else I understand. But not Hulk Hogan. Put him on the real flight in First Class if he doesn’t have his own accommodation somehow.”

He added, “The funniest thing because it just he was totally not self. Like it didn’t matter to him. He didn’t even think about it. It was like oh well I gotta go to this gate and how does this boarding work? He’s standing with like 30 other total strangers with his stuff. And she’s like I had to say no, you can’t stand here.”

Subsequently, she took him to the front and instructed them to board Hogan ahead of everybody else. Not because he asks for it, but since it seems like it will generate a scene right at the moment. People will try to talk to him before boarding the aircraft, therefore they won’t let him board the flight. She did, in fact, made sure that he boarded the aircraft first.
