The 21st July edition of WWE Monday Night RAW saw the formation of a new stable. The team of MVP and Bobby Lashley have got a new member.

On this week’s RAW, Bobby Lashley and MVP were in a backstage segment. During the segment, MVP called out  R-Truth and got into a conversation.

MVP stressed on taking another champion with him to the ring, which Truth denied. Further, a referee would appear out of nowhere.

R-Truth would then be blinded by a superkick from Shelton Benjamin. The Gold standard
would pin Truth to win the 24/7 gold.

The trio would walk down to the ring together. Two of the three members had gold around their waist while walking to the ring even though MVP is only a self-proclaimed Champion.

The new stable would now be called The Hurt Business.

The trio was seen in action together against Cedric Alexander, Ricochet, and the returning Mustafa Ali. Do check out our link below to know about Mustafa Ali’s return.

The return of Ali may have sparked the win. However, one must not make the mistake of taking The Hurt Business lightly.

What does the future hold for The Hurt Business in WWE?

Shelton Benjamin and Bobby Lashley are definitely exceptional athletes. They are proven performers since their debuts in the 2000s.

As for MVP, he looks to be in the mid cards and as a manager for some time. The rivalry between Mr.305 and Apollo Crews looks to go on for a number of months. With Crews unavailable, it could get even more delayed.

As for Shelton Benjamin, his championship win today will keep him in a feud with R-Truth for some time.

It will be interesting to see how WWE uses Benjamin. He is one of the most athletic superstars in the business.

He was predicted to be a big superstar along with his old friend Brock Lesnar. However, his growth just got stagnated and he never made it that big.

Bobby Lashley is set to be the superstar or the guy of the stable. He lost to Drew McIntyre at Backlash 2020.

However, after the McIntyre and Ziggler feud ends, there is no real challenge for the WWE champion. Bobby Lashley could be in the hunt for title again.

As MVP is already in the United States title picture and another member Shelton Benjamin holds the 24/7 title, the only remaining titles are the RAW tag team championship.

One could see Bobby Lashley winning a tag team title with Benjamin or MVP. However, with the current shortage of main event superstars, Lashley re-challenging for the WWE championship makes more sense.
