If there is one superstar who shattered the glass barrier for wrestlers in the combat sports industry, it has to be Brock Lesnar. The man worked his sweat, blood, and tears to make his debut in the MMA industry. But no one would have imagined that after that he would go on to dominate the entire UFC roster in less than a year. He even became the UFC Champion during that time and defended it thrice before losing it.
But his career in the combat sports industry would not continue for long because of his diverticulitis. But just because he had to quit the UFC doesn’t mean he laid back and let his carer pass him by. The man got up and worked hard to fight his illness and get back in the ring. While he would return to wrestling in 2011 and go back to the UFC later in his life, before all of that, he once revealed his regrets about quitting the UFC.
