Ronda Rousey is a former UFC Champion and recently held the SmackDown Women’s Championship. She’s known for her ruthless style both in the octagon and outside. Rousey has revealed an interesting insight into how she deals with life challenges. This new revelation gives her moniker ‘The Baddest Woman On The Planet’ a whole new meaning.

The ‘Rowdy One’ had tremendous success in the UFC where she became the first woman to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Later she moved to WWE and again impressed with her in-ring abilities. 

She is a fearless athlete, taking challenges head on and breaking barriers. All this comes from her attitude. While at it, she was also able to convince her mother not to leave the U.S. in a hilarious manner.

Ronda Rousey and her zombie connection

During her appearance on the YouTube channel First We Feast, Rousey was asked about her focused lifestyle and what prompted it.

“My guess is that you’re probably shooting from browsy acres your sustainable ranch in Southern California where you live off the land and take care of some 30-plus farm animals how much of this lifestyle is motivated by just being practical and being responsible and how much of it is just pure doomsday prepper impulse”, the host asked.

To this question, Rousey had an interesting answer, one which could serve up as unique advice for many.

“It started as doomsday prep but it’s like morphed into just kind of like our contribution to society is to try and like be as self-sustaining and less taxing from everybody else as possible but first it was like reoccurring zombie dreams I’m like what am i gonna do.”

“Like my mom called me the other day and she’s like i don’t know what I’m gonna do this election i might move out of the country i don’t know what’s going on I’m so stressed out I’m like mom like I’m prepared for zombies okay that’s like a 10. Alright life is great it is like, one president you don’t like is like a two or a three like I’m definitely prepared for two or three”, Rousey said.

She further added, “so it is kind of like if you’re prepared for zombies you just kind of feel like else is like ah! You know I could deal with it.

Clearly, the former RAW Women’s Champion has her own unique way of dealing with life’s problems and challenges.

Rousey has broken barriers all her career

Ronda Rousey has overcome obstacles and broken barriers for the most part of her career. The Olympic gold medallist battled a speech impediment early in her childhood. She overcame that and became one of the best talkers in UFC known for her trash talking style.

UFC also made her the first woman fighter of the promotion in 2012. And when she transitioned to WWE, there was skepticism over her ability to do well in the squared circle. But the former UFC fighter blew away everyone with an exhilarating performance in her debut at WrestleMania 34.

Seeing now how she deals with her problems, comparing them to fighting in a zombie apocalypse, Rousey has the right mentality to tackle any problem and accomplishments that come her way.
