Ronda Rousey puts things in perspective

This wasn’t the only time the former WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion has put things into perspective like that. She once said that she gears her lifestyle preparing for the worst-case scenario, including training to fight zombies. Rousey said this mentality helps her to put life’s problems in perspective.

Rousey said, “Like my mom called me the other day and she’s like i don’t know what I’m gonna do this election, I might move out of the country I don’t know what’s going on I’m so stressed out. I’m like mom like I’m prepared for zombies okay that’s like a 10. Alright, life is great. It is like, one president you don’t like is like a two or a three like I’m definitely prepared for two or three,”

This displays the mental toughness that an athlete must possess in addition to their physical prowess.
