She sits at the top of the food chain, but it doesn’t mean she neglects her subordinates. Her recent social media message clearly indicates that the woman has a heart of gold. Genuine concerns for XFL players oozed out of her latest Instagram post as she shared a heartwarming video of herself cleaning up the arena ahead of XFL 2024.

Dany Garcia is a caring person

A few weeks ago, Garcia filmed a video in the XFL arena that required some small rocks and debris as props. Recently, she shared another video of herself cleaning those rocks and debris so that her XFL players don’t trip over them and injure themselves.

In the video, fans can see her sweeping the arena tunnel with a broomstick. In the post caption, she mentioned she did it because she cares for the safety of her XFL players. She also stated that she wanted to look the arena tidy and, being a well-raised and independent woman, she decided to take up the task on her hands.

This clearly shows the magnitude of caringness, and thoughtfulness Garcia possesses. Well, she is not the only one who is imbued with these qualities. Her ex-husband, Johnson, also shares the same virtues as her.

Player health and safety is a top priority for Dwayne Johnson

Football athletes are prone to injuries on the field. Players Come First is a motto of XFL as the players’ health and safety is a big deal for Johnson. Therefore, to take care of players’ safety on the field, Johnson’s XFL joined hands with NFL prior to this year’s season began.

Both leagues collaborated on innovative programs that primarily focused on player health and safety. They focused on developing fitness programs for players that promoted both physical and mental well-being. They also studied playing surfaces and equipment to improve game performance.
