The release of Xbox Series S/X is less than a week away, and each passing day brings with it a new piece of news. Xbox Game Pass subscribers will have the prerogative of choosing the game they want from the EA Play catalog.

The Verge’s Tom Warren has reported that the games can be preloaded a week early. Users can be prepared for when the console officially rolls out.

The word ‘preload’ needs to be emphasized here because the titles aren’t playable until November 10. Be that as it may, it enables the players to download heavy titles in advance to start playing them right from day one.

Microsoft has been marketing its Game Pass as a means to create a niche for its next-gen console. Xbox and EA announced their partnership just a few months back, allowing players to access EA games via the Game Pass.

However, Microsoft’s recent spending spree is more or less a way of counterbalancing the loss. The acquisition of Bethesda has added a list of magnificent titles to the Game Pass. This shows that Microsoft is investing heavily to sustain its player base. It’s difficult to find a subscription that is as inclusive as the Game Pass, which has something or the other for every gamer.
