Ubisoft released Assassin’s Creed Unity just about six years ago. Throughout this time span, two generations of Xbox consoles have existed and they have already announced a third one. Unity was originally released for the Xbox One and One X. Therefore, the Xbox Series X will be the third console on which users can play Unity. The game has remained stable all this while; however, the consoles have kept on improving.
With bigger RAMs, stronger processors, and better graphics, consoles have come very far. However, Unity performed poorly on both the Xbox One and One X. On the Xbox One, the game peaked at 30FPS while it couldn’t cross 45FPS on the One X.
The Series X comes with an 8 core CPU and 16GB RAM, making it one of the most powerful consoles ever. With stellar technical specs, it will be the first Xbox console to be able to run Assassin’s Creed Unity smoothly at a stable 60FPS.

It’s time to rejoice since the Xbox Series X can give users exactly that. The game looks amazing at 60FPS, and thankfully, the frames are really smooth and without any lags.

To run the game on 60 frames, however, players will need the CD version of the game. Developers have capped the digital version of the game at 30FPS. Hence, an upgrade in the console won’t affect the gameplay unless users have a disc version of it.
