The next-generation of gaming has kicked-off in spectacular fashion. The PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X both are now available and people are already making full use of their consoles. However. Sony’s PS5 has become a rare sight as the company is barely able to fulfill the demand it has garnered. The pandemic caused obvious logistical issues that have hindered global supply.

Amidst the stock shortage, PS5 launched yesterday in Europe and the rest of the world. Interestingly, a particular high-profile soccer player managed to get his hands on multiple PS5s and gifted them to his teammates.

Zlatan Ibrahimović gifted a PlayStation 5 console to all his teammates

This soccer superstar is none other than the great Zlatan Ibrahimović himself. According to reports, he has gifted his entire AC Milan squad PS5s. The AC Milan players are indeed quite lucky to get their hands on the console where others are struggling to spot one.

Thankfully for them, they have Zlatan on their team who can basically do anything. It was indeed a great gesture by Zlatan and surely, his teammates were overjoyed.

This was hardly a surprise considering Zlatan is an avid gamer himself. Although, there may be a doubt as to where his allegiance lies: with PC or console? This confusion arises because he recently also received the latest RTX 3090 GPU.

Clearly, he does have a great PC, too. But he may even be a PS5 user considering he bought all the consoles for the team and may even have kept one for himself (obviously!).

In addition to this, it also proves that no matter how scarce the supply is, Zlatan always gets what he wants. The RTX 3090 is also scarce in supply and him still procuring one just proves his prowess even further.

Zlatan is amongst several high-profile soccer players hooked on gaming. Sergio Agüero, Neymar Jr, and others also spend a lot of time gaming and are also Twitch streamers. Clearly, the streaming and gaming industry has received a massive boost during this pandemic. As for people who are looking to but a PS5, one can only wish for a friend like Zlatan.
