For the 2020 Formula One season, Alpha Tauri have replaced the Toro Rosso team. However, the team have retained Pierre Gasly and Daniil Kvyat for the coming season. Ever since the team announced a launch date of February 14th, they have been teasing bits of the livery.

Admittedly, Alpha Tauri is no stranger to making headlines, especially in terms of radical new liveries. From their debut, they have fielded a livery which looked like an evolution of the Red Bull team. All that changed in the 2017 season when the erstwhile Toro Rosso team rolled out a red, silver and blue livery and stuck with it until 2019.

With this in mind, and their spirits high, the outfit will be hoping that their re-brand will bring success. Once that happens, they can push and fight even higher in the midfield in 2020.

For now, the midfield benchmark is McLaren, and every midfield team will be gunning for the British team. We can be sure that the Alpha Tauri team will be among them and be raring to go once the car is launched and the season begins.
