Winter Express LTM returns in Apex Legends Season 7 with Holo-Day Bash event

Apex Legends’ Holo-Day Bash is bringing back the Winter Express LTM for the festive season, but with some exciting changes. It is a round-based game mode where multiple squads fight to control a train traversing around World’s Edge. The route to victory is through getting control of the train or being the last team alive.

In this year’s Winter Express, when squads respawn after a round concludes, players will spawn on their own supply ship as it follows the train. This will allow them to survey the battlefield beneath before descending into combat as the train arrives at its next station and the objective unlocks. Meanwhile, the squad that wins the previous round will respawn directly on the train.

This year’s version of the LTM features five objective locations, including the addition of a new train station named Derailment. As the name suggests, it is the scene of a catastrophic accident involving a cargo train. This new station will provide players with plentiful flanking opportunities and a unique rotation under the bridge where the train stops.

Several new legends, including Revenant, Loba, Rampart, and Horizon, have joined the Apex Games since last year’s Winter Express. This will enable players to devise novel strategies for defending and attacking the objectives. Finally, the developers have reworked the game mode’s loadouts to include new weapons and purple armor. The fan-favorite Winter Express LTM will become playable from December 1 to January 4.
