It’s Christmas time and most players usually return to their hometowns for celebrating it. After some tough training sessions, the occasion brings joy and gives them some refreshing time with their families. However, Roger Federer will not be spending it in Switzerland. Instead, he will be enjoying Christmas as usual in Dubai with his family.
In a recent interview, Federer talked about his Christmas celebrations in Dubai. The Swiss Maestro usually travels to Dubai just before the Australian Open to train himself. It is here where he has been spending Christmas for a long time now.
“We’ll be back in Dubai then. We’ve only celebrated here since we had children. That was very nice, but also cumbersome, and from here the way to Australia is even longer,” said Federer.
