After enjoying an incredible clay-court swing which ended with a runner-up title at the French Open, Greek tennis star Stefanos Tsitsipas suffered a first-round exit at Wimbledon in the hands of Frances Tiafoe.
Having recovered pretty quickly from the debacle at SW19, Tsitsipas took to practice courts and began to plan his schedule going forward. In the process, the Greek star opted to play the Hamburg Open in Germany.

Coming to the matchup against Putz and Venus, the Tsitsipas brothers had to pay for the double-faults they made throughout the match. With the experience of Putz, the Greek pair weren’t able to accelerate at any point in the contest.
While the accurate serving of Stefanos Tsitsipas did a neat job of ensuring the scoreboard remains tight, it’s the baseline rallies and the volleying experience of Putz-Venus that ruined the party for Tsitsipas brothers.
