The introduction of on-court interviews at Wimbledon Championships for the first time appeared to be working as some players are giving funny responses to cheer up the fans. After Andy Murray’s joyful on-court interview yesterday, it was the turn of Alexander Zverev to have his own share of fun.
The German tennis star, who had a comfortable victory against Tallok Griekspoor in the first-round at SW19, was asked about his prediction for the EURO 2020 matchup between England and Germany.
A huge football fan himself, Zverev gave a cheeky reply stating that his response will not allow him to play at Wimbledon anymore.
