There are hardly any youngsters in tennis today who weren’t Roger Federer fans during their childhood. Most of them started playing the sport because of the influence of the Swiss Maestro. One of the recent youngsters who claimed that he was a Federer fan is Italian professional tennis player Lorenzo Musetti.

In a recent interview, Musetti answered a lot of questions about himself. One of the questions was about who his idol was when he started playing tennis. Without much hesitation, Musetti said that it was none other than Roger Federer.

He also spoke about his favorite Grand Slam, and why he prefers to play there. Wimbledon because it is the paradise of tennis,” responded Musetti.

The Italian player disclosed the names of the toughest opponents he has faced so far and interestingly, took the names of Stan Wawrinka and Andrey Rublev. “Probably Wawrinka and Andrey Rublev,” said the 19-year-old.
