But recently, the father of four, Murray, shared his hilarious take as a parent while playing the US Open with his whole family by his side.

The British tennis player is currently in New York, displaying his amazing skills at the US Open. But after advancing to the tournament’s second round, the 36-year-old made a startling admission that will be applauded by all tennis fathers out there.

Andy Murray jokes about handling four children at once

After achieving a straight-sets victory against Corentin Moutet in the first round at Flushing Meadows, Murray made a huge revelation as a father, in an on-court interview. While his wife was present in the stands to support him, the interviewer asked him how he was feeling to have his family by his side during the US Open.

He said, “My wife’s over there. The kids are back at the hotel. It’s not always fun with them. Having four little ones under 7 is difficult at times.”

During the Indian Wells last year, in a press conference after the first-round victory, he talked about how sometimes his eldest daughter calls him by his name as she is quite aware of his popular status.
