Novak Djokovic’s scintillating form in the 2021 season continues. Having already won three of the four Grand Slam titles, Djokovic has now set his sights on the ATP Finals. In his opening match, Nole defeated Casper Ruud in a straight-sets match. Just after the match, in the interview, Djokovic made a huge statement about his retirement from tennis.

The Serb said he’d like to compete in the sport for two more years. Djokovic is currently 34-years old and has triumphed at 20 Grand Slam titles.

The World No. 1 Novak Djokovic gave a major update on his retirement after his group stage match in Turin. He said, “I hope to play this sport 2 years more”

Looking at the physical fitness of Novak Djokovic, he has looked perfectly fine throughout the year. Furthermore, just a few days ago, Djokovic talked about the philosophy of Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Ibrahimovic is 40-years old and is still competing at the highest level in football.

After triumphing at Paris Masters, Djokovic has now entered the Nitto ATP Finals as the favorite. In his first group stage match, the World No. 1 faced the Norwegian Casper Ruud. Djokovic surpassed the 22-year-old easily.
