Novak Djokovic Makes Yet Another Valuable Donation in the Fight Against COVID 19

The world is battling the coronavirus outbreak from the past ten months now. And the fight has been possible only because of healthcare workers. To help them serve better, World No. 1 Novak Djokovic has donated a state-of-the-art Canon CT device. It is said that the scanner will speed-up the diagnosis of COVID patients.
Winner of 17 Grand Slam titles, Djokovic has always been at the forefront of supporting his community. His charitable foundation works for underprivileged kids in Serbia, providing them with rightful education. Now, joining with the Dragisa Misovic Clinical Hospital Centre, the 33-year-old looks to improve the situation of the healthcare workers.

“The health system not only of our country but also of the entire region is under great pressure, so it is necessary to unite and support them. Thank you to all the health workers who have been working in extraordinary circumstances for almost ten months and are fighting for all of us,” Novak said.
