The 20-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer made his fans happy by announcing that he would play at the French Open 2021. Interestingly, he’ll play the ATP 250 Geneva 2021 before the Grand Slam as well. It looks like the Federer is recovering quite fast and will be fully fit by the month of May.

In a recent interview, Roger Federer revealed what type of outfit suits him on the court. Players usually want some specific kind of outfit while playing and Federer too spoke about what he likes to wear while playing the sport.

“My mindset on the court is very demanding both physically and mentally and also my equipment,” said Federer.

Even though he is quite calm, the former World No. 1 is demanding when it comes to his sports outfits. He mentioned that he is also very demanding when it comes to choosing his sports equipment.

Federer doesn’t have too many requirements from the sportswear industry that designs clothes for him. However, he stated three qualities that the outfit must have in order to please him.

“What I expect from my clothes is they need to be quick-drying, breathable, and extremely comfortable,” added the Swiss Maestro.

Federer just wants clothes that are comfortable, quick-drying, and inside which he can easily breathe. He wants to play freely on the court, and these attributes in clothes are definitely necessary.

Roger Federer exhibited his skills at the Qatar Open 2021 after almost 13 months. He took a break again after that to recover from his knee injury. Although he’ll be fully fine soon, it will not be easy for him to make a comeback on the court. Will Federer be able to beat the odds and lift his second Grand Slam title at the French Open 2021?
