Unlike the flurry of fans lashing out at his cold celebration, the former US Open champion, Emma Raducanu recently gave it a thumbs up on her recent Instagram story. The British tennis beauty, who has been on the sidelines due to her injury woes, shared a picture of Djokovic imitating Shelton’s ‘phone call’ celebration.

Unsurprisingly, the 20-year-old was clearly not impressed with the Djokovic mimicking his post-victory celebrations. In his press preference, the breakthrough star was asked to comment on the copycat move pulled off by his opponent. Shelton admitted that he thinks the athletes ought to be free to act as they like after winning their respective games.
The American’s assertions were followed by a flair of sass as he candidly confessed that he was flattered by that sly imitation of him. “You know, as a kid growing up, I always learned that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery,” said Shelton.
