In the first week of the event, each city hosts two groups of three countries in a round-robin style. One group is scheduled to play in the morning session, and one group only plays in the evening session.

Each city’s group winners compete in a city final to get a place in one of the semifinal slots. This city final is played in two sessions, one in the morning and one in the evening.

The team with the best record among the three losing teams advances to the semifinals. Semifinal matches are played over two days, similar to the round-robin round. The final will take place on a single day.
