Emma Raducanu on Wednesday suffered yet another upset in a frustrating season for the current US Open champion. This time at the 2022 Wimbledon Championships, the Brit suffered a second-round exit to Caroline Garcia. While the 19-year-old is looking to find ways to overcome her poor form, her idol Rafael Nadal has come to her rescue.

Unlike Emma, Nadal is steadily inching towards his third major title of the season. Outplaying Ricardas Berankis in the second round, the Spaniard is set to face the 28th-seeded Lorenzo Sonego in the third round. Despite his busy training schedule, the 22-time Grand Slam champion made sure to come out in support of the struggling Raducanu.
