Nida Chakraborty is a Formula 1 Author at EssentiallySports. After completing her undergrad from St Xavier's College with a degree in Psychology, she had gone on to take up multiple journalistic ventures in Radio and Television. Not only has she been a producer for Fever 104 FM, one of India's leading FM radio stations, but she has also worked for MTV and Channel V. With her inherent love for motorsports, she has always been an avid fan of Formula 1. With Max Verstappen being her favorite driver, she believes the Dutch Lion can very well bring back the glory days that Red Bull enjoyed with the 4-time world champion Sebastian Vettel at the helm. Aside from being a die-hard supporter of the youngest ever race winner in F1, Nida is also a Techno producer/DJ and podcaster with a global network in the underground music scene. Moreover, she recently won two accolades for 2021, namely 30 Under 30 & 99 Women Achievers by the Indian Achiever's Club Organization, which also involves her being a part of the largest tree plantation drive in the country.
