The end came at 3:30 of the first round and now the Russian has improved on his undefeated record. He moves to 13-0 and is one of the brightest prospects in the entire sport. Furthermore, his cousin Khabib Nurmagomedov was in the corner for the event and went 3-0 as a coach on the night.

Usman Nurmagomedov will always be able to enter the UFC and fight for the biggest MMA organization when he chooses. As it stands, he seems content to stay put in Bellator and continue his run through the division. However, there are many other matches out there for him and the opportunity to seek greatness isn’t far away.
