Recently, former Mr. USA 2014 Nicholas Trigili, shared his opinion about the Trenbolone drug.

Trigili, in his recent Instagram story where he was interacting with his followers with an ‘Ask me anything’ Q&A, responded to many questions that were asked to him. While replying to his fans, he talked about how this drug can have some really bad effects on health.

Nicholas Trigili revealed the side effects of deadly steroid

The former bodybuilder and entrepreneur opined on his Instagram story that even though people take it to pump up their muscles, it can lead to serious damage to their inner health. A follower asked him if he wanted to try Tren E with 200mg, “Is that worth it, a friend from gym says I should do 300 atls.”

He said while replying to this question, “I hate this tren conversation like I really just despise them so much like I just wish people had enough knowledge and experience to understand that tren is not the f*ck*ng holy grail and there are so many other drugs out there that do such better job building muscle.” It is crucial to be aware of these side effects and need to understand that tren isn’t a magical solution to build muscles.

Trigili slammed bodybuilders for blending their food

During a throwback interview with BodyBuilding & BS, Trigili doomed bodybuilders for picking on the trend of blending their food. He said, “If you guys pick up this stupid habit, you are not going to become a pro bodybuilder like Martin and Hunter because you’re blending your food. You know why?” He further reasoned that it was because of the difference in genetics.

After naming the bodybuilders who blend their food, he said, “I mean, how many bodybuilders it gonna take before they realize this is not a bright idea?” Talking about the protein shakes, he added, “Yes, there is a play space for protein powders. I am not anti-protein powders I am anti-living on supplements.”
