Arnold Schwarzenegger and his ex-wife Maria Shriver’s eldest son, Patrick Schwarzenegger, made a big announcement earlier. The 30-year-old actor posted on social media about his collaboration with renowned luxury fashion brand Emporio Armani. The actor wrote that he was the “new face” of the Armani Men’s Spring Summer 2024 Campaign.

This was the first time the actor got the opportunity to team up with the brand and felt ecstatic. Schwarzenegger wrote that he was “honored” to be a part of the campaign. However, The Midnight Sun star wasn’t the only one ecstatic about the opportunity. His mother, Maria Shriver, gave a shoutout to her son for the incredible achievement.

Maria Shriver is proud of Patrick Schwarzenegger

A few hours after Patrick Schwarzenegger announced the news, Maria Shriver took to social media to congratulate her son. “Talk about a proud mom moment! So unbelievably proud of @patrickschwarzenegger,” wrote the award-winning journalist in her heartfelt note. “Wow!! What a way to kick off 2024,” added the 68-year-old.

Shriver explained that she had a feeling that 2024 would be a good year for her eldest son. Yet, it’s turning out even better than she imagined. Earlier, Patrick Schwarzenegger got engaged to his girlfriend of 10 years, Abby Champion. Shriver didn’t expect to have another reason to celebrate her son so soon.

“I can tell it’s (2024) going to be GREAT!” wrote the former First Lady of California. The bodybuilding legend’s son commented “LOVE YOU MAMA,” on Maria Shriver’s post. Patrick Schwarzenegger explained he was thrilled about his first collaboration with Emporio Armani, a brand he had been a fan of for a long time.

As an entrepreneur, he also looks up to Giorgio Armani, the billionaire who founded the brand. Armani built his brand up through years of hard work, and Patrick Schwarzenegger is aiming to do the same with his mother as his business partner.

Entrepreneurs for a noble cause

Seeing his mother’s passion for spreading Alzheimer’s awareness and her urge to do more, Patrick Schwarzenegger helped Maria Shriver found Mosh. Despite the saturation of brands in the protein bar market, the mother-son duo launched Mosh Bar with a twist. Instead of using industry-standard ingredients, they made the Mosh bar a brain-boosting food.

Unlike other protein bars, Mosh bars contain ingredients that promote brain health. Their strategy worked, and Mosh became a hit with customers. In late 2023, Patrick Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver’s company generated more funding to increase production. They also donated money for Alzheimer’s research.
