And one of the recent pieces of evidence was seen as the bodybuilding enthusiast performed a grueling workout at 4 AM.

The 51-year-old recently made headlines as he took to Instagram and posted a video of the intense workout session showcasing his exceptional core strength.

Mark Wahlberg impresses fans with his 4 am workout

In the video, Wahlberg can be seen starting with abdominal exercises, using an ab wheel, cable twist, and machine crunches to target his core muscles. He then transitions to shoulder presses with a barbell. Finally, he finishes off the workout with challenging V-ups with additional weight. 

Wahlberg’s dedication to his fitness regimen is well known, and he has long been recognized for his impressive physique. However, the actor revealed that he was bulking up significantly for a role, which required him to gain weight and add muscle mass.

Wahlberg played a crucial role in lifting up his fitness franchise as he launched a 7-day training program. However, the veteran also started a 4 am club, where he engages in a heavy workout regime every day in the morning. In a video shared on 2nd May, the star actor was seen doing some advanced variations of the abs workout.

“4 am club… Time to go to work,” the actor wrote. While many people might struggle to find the motivation to hit the gym at 4 AM, Wahlberg’s commitment to his fitness routine is clearly unwavering. In addition to his intense workout regimen, he also follows a strict diet and recovery pattern to ensure his body stays in the optimum condition.
