It is the normal human tendency of a lifter to concentrate on the areas where he/she already excels to feel more confident. However, Zane exhorts his fans to do the opposite. He also has ideas on how to modify your workout regimen based on this perspective. Zane suggested, “Once you realize your weaker areas, start your workout with this body-part. You will pay more attention to it and put greater effort into getting a great pump in the area.”

 

Continuing further, he stated,?“Use the exercises that give you the best pump and include these in your workouts. Ease up on the exercise that work the body parts that are already well developed. You?ll get a better body.”

Zane has been training for multiple decades now and helps his fans to not make the same mistakes he made. Due to the low availability of resources back in the day,?Zane admits that he made a lot of mistakes?himself during his prime.?

What were the mistakes that Zane made?

A while ago, during an interview with ‘Muscle & Strength’, Zane opened up about his blunders. He said, ?Bulking up, training too heavy and getting injured. Just doing stupid stuff. A lot of times you push yourself too hard. It is difficult to know when you should rest and when you should push hard. That is the quandary that everyone wants to know.?

He continued,??You really do not know anything, you don?t know if what you are doing is the thing to do. We do not have knowledge before things happen. We may have faith that something will work, because it worked for us in the past.?

Learning from years of experience, Zane used all this knowledge to build an amazing physique, as a result of which he was able to lift the Sandow trophy multiple times.?
