Cbum took to his Instagram and shared a few pictures of him and Ramon Dino. The carousel of three pictures is nothing but an inspiring gesture from the reigning champion. He posted three pictures of them together, posing on the prestigious stage of Olympia.
Subsequently to his shout-out to his fiance Courtney King and his coach Hany ‘the Pro Creator’ Rambod, he turned to his competitor and shared an encouraging quote that Dino motivated him to perform at his best. The Canadian bodybuilder wrote in his caption “Grateful for this battle @ramondinopro. “You push me to be better and it’s a privilege to share the stage,” Cbum further added.

A few days ago, he posted several pictures with his coach and the new Champion in the Men’s open division, Derek Lunsford. “People always ask what it’s like being coached by Hany, he’s the goat, there’s not much more I can say,” Cbum mentioned in his caption.

Additionally, Bumstead shed light on his coach’s remarkable achievements throughout his career. He stated, “24 titles speaks for itself. But more important he’s an even better man than coach and I’m grateful to be on this journey together. Love you, brother.” Earlier, before the Olympia took place he opened up about having difficulties in the preparation. He wrote in one of his posts that it is hard to prepare for the fifth time than the first time.

The 28-year-old further said, “I won’t pretend like it’s all optimism, I can be pretty hard on myself and spend days feeling pretty discouraged.” He explained that it’s never easy to face challenges. You have to be mentally strong to push your limits despite the hard times. It is easy to quit, but difficult to face challenges with determination.
