The fitness and bodybuilding page supported a TikToker’s transformation

In this video, Arcdelio shared a TikTok of this female where she claims

“I’ve been really healthy this summer for like the first time in my life I was working out and eating right results I’m seeing are just so good and I’m just proud of myself.” The result she showed off her healthy diet and workout was impressive. People were baffled by the results. As they say, her transformation showed that she might not have had poor eating habits before.

He mentioned in the video, “A lot of the comments are saying how this video is toxic and will cause people to have unrealistic body standards.” He illustrated what many individuals have commented about her physique, editing pictures and lying about performance-enhancing drugs can distort people’s views.

A few days back, he also talked about the drug abuse in the young generation, after seeing a 15 YO, drastic transformation. The kid in the video developed muscle in just a couple of months. He disapproved of these kinds of motivations, but he supported her in promoting a positive message about feeling better through healthy habits. It’s not toxic; it’s encouraging.

Most of the individuals supported her, and wrote, “People are throwing their own toxicity at a girl who wanted to change themselves for the better….. They can’t do it themselves or especially don’t want to so they call it unrealistic. No, it is realistic. However, fans didn’t stop complimenting her, “A healthy lifestyle always deserves praise.” and “The funny thing is that’s a very realistic representation of a healthy athletic female body lmao,” People started rambles about those who said negative things about her. “The only people that are hating on that young girl, usually hate themselves so they want her to feel the same way. It’s just pathetic. I’m happy for the girl in that video, she looks great. Let’s keep grinding folks,” wrote a person in the video post.
