Earlier, Gadot appeared in an interview on the Wired YouTube channel. During the interview, Gadot answered a fan’s question on how he keeps herself in superhero shape. The 38-year-old actor divulged her secret, but the answer was surprisingly simple.

Gal Gadot maintains her fitness with a few simple steps

Earlier, the 38-year-old appeared on the Wired Autocomplete interview with her Heart of Stone co-stars Alia Bhatt and Jamie Dornan. During the interview, Gadot found out that one of the most asked questions about her on Google involved her physique and fitness.?“How does Gal Gadot stay in shape?”?uncovered Dronan as he ripped off the sticker covering the question.

The Hollywood leading lady got excited to hear people have such an interest in her fitness regimen.?“Thank you so much for asking,” said Gadot before revealing her secret. However, DCEU?s Woman had a surprisingly simple answer to the question. While she trains under a coach and dieticians while prepping for a film, personally she believes,?“It’s all about balance and moderation and working out.”

However, Gadot doesn?t overdo it. Besides being thoughtful about what she eats, Gal Gadot works out only three times a week. Yet, when required, the Hollywood superstar is willing to push her training to the limit. Gadot’s Wonder Woman trainer has praised the Hollywood star multiple times in the past.

Gal Gadot’s trainer broke down how he trained the action star in a YouTube video.?“With Gal we we needed strength, mobility, agility, and obviously also the look…the physique,”?said the celebrity trainer and nutritionist with over 20 years of experience. Gadot focused on training her whole body and especially her core.

Core strength is paramount for athleticism. Besides contributing to the superhero look, a strong core helped Gadot improve her agility and pull off fight scenes convincingly. Gadot also trained with weapons such as spears, swords, and shields. Magnus Lygdback, also designed her diet during the training program.
