It’s not a secret that Hollywood actor Chris Hemsworth is a fitness fanatic, and that he bulked up even more when he played ‘Thor.’ What continues to be really impressive is that he didn’t let go of his shredded physique, even after he stepped away from the Marvel universe. As is often seen with his frequent updates regarding workout regimes, he recently posted a carousel of five pictures showcasing his jaw-dropping biceps. While getting ready for his upcoming projects which are scheduled to release in 2024, “Furiosa” and “Transformers One,” he pleased his fans with upper body blasts.

Chris Hemsworth’s routine to build a better upper-body

Before pleasing his fans with an upper body workout routine, a few days back, Hemsworth had recommended a 15-minute workout routine to his fans in which he performed a total of eight movements. In his latest Instagram post, he suggested something similar and wrote, “Get active with this 20-minute upper body blast with the @centrfit strength equipment.” He further added each workout with their sets and repetitions. He began with push-ups with handles, as shown in the picture where he was performing the routine himself. For this, he recommended 25 repetitions.

Furthermore, the rest of the workouts included a Banded lateral raise (12 reps), Standing hammer curls (12 reps), battle rope (50 reps), and a Plank hold for one minute. He also emphasized the importance of rest during exercise and stressed taking at least 40-60 seconds of rest after performing each movement.

Fans go crazy about Thor’s biceps

In the entire carousel, it was Hemsworth’s biceps that caught everyone’s attention. “All I want for Christmas are bulging biceps like Hemsy,” a user wrote. “Go Chris the champion of any workout you are the Coolest,” another fan penned. Impressed by the star, one Instagram user wrote, “Impressive as always.” One of his fans even went on to call him by his on-screen name, “God of thunder.”
