Chris Bumstead’s sister left confused with Iain Valliere’s post-retirement shenanigans

Recently, Iain Valliere took to his official Instagram account @iainvalliere and shared a picture of himself flexing his super jacked physique, in all probabilities posting an intense workout session as the pump in his arm gave it all away.

He took the picture in the locker room of his gym and captioned it, Kinda jacked, kinda fast. 257lbs of speed ready for the velodrome.” This confused his wife, and she questioned his post. Melissa Bumstead from her official Instagram account @melissabum wrote, “What’s the velodrome” having no clue what he was talking about.

Well, the post reveals that he truly is working to achieve his goal of leading a happy post-retirement life and is in search of reducing his body weight. One might wonder what was this goal that he is pursuing after retirement and why he would want to lose something that he built with years of hard work. 

What is Iain Valliere’s plan post-retirement?

In one of the interviews, Iain Valliere revealed that he had been suffering physically as well due to the prep sessions before the Championships, and he had no intention of being kicked out of any one of them due to health complications. He retired so that he could continue the sport, not for competitions but for the love of it.

Iain Valliere even added that he wishes to continue with his Real Bodybuilding Podcast, and also aims to get into contests as a judge. He also has plans to expand his YouTube channel and give out more information than just diet and training. On top of it all, he wishes to get down on his weight and make his physique more athletic so that he can play with his dogs and live a happy life with his family.
