Joey Swoll, aka. The CEO of Gym Positivity defended a young man’s action at the gym while lambasting another. The bodybuilding coach played the clip of a young man preparing to train with dumbbells. While the video seemed inconspicuous, demeaning statements like “Americans are crazy,” and “Here comes the stitch,” were displayed on the screen, making it clear what the video meant.

In the video, one could see a polite gym goer walking up to the young man filming the video. He pointed at the dumbbells and politely asked if the man filming was using them. However, he didn’t get a polite response. After telling him that he was using the dumbbells, a supposedly Scottish man said his fellow gymgoer, was “crazy” to ask for the dumbbells. However, Joey Swoll wasn’t ready to let it slide.

“What an absolute bully! And for what? Because this kid asks you if you’re using some weights and does so very politely,” the fitness influencer said. In fact, Swoll said the young man was “an absolute coward,” for accusing the boy on social media instead of asking him. The person filming the video said the boy who asked him did so despite seeing him carry the dumbbells.

However, the video shows that the boy didn’t see him carry the weights. “He does see you playing on your phone and tripod instead of working out,” said the bodybuilder. Joey Swoll insisted that instead of posting a video about it without his consent, he could’ve been “kind,” and politely replied that he was indeed using those dumbbells.

Swoll is no stranger to bringing such offenders to the gym administration’s attention. This time was no different. “I hope this gym sees this and kicks your a** out,” said the fitness influencer. This is not the first time Joey Swoll has stood up for someone who had no clue why they got accused.

Joey Swoll offers legal help to one victim

Recently, one such fitness influencer posted a video of her working out. However, the influencer fixated on a man who sat quite some distance behind her. Seeing that the man raised his phone once while she performed her set, the gymgoer accused him of taking a picture of her. The woman labeled the man a “predator” and even threatened him with physical harm.

However, Joey Swoll stood up for the man, saying he merely raised the phone to unlock it. Fortunately, one of Swoll’s viewers knew the man being accused and reached out. After the bodybuilding coach made his video, everyone realized that the man was falsely accused. The gym terminated her membership and compensated the man with free membership.
