“BTS (behind the scenes) on this classic photo: There was a six week delay on ?Terminator? because John Milius exercised Arnold?s option for a ?Conan? sequel,” the actor wrote. The Conan sequel was a big deal. Schwarzenegger played the lead role, and fans expected a lot after the first film. Hence, The Terminator had to pick up the Barbarian’s sword for the camera.

However, the filmmaker wasn’t inconsiderate. The actor said after having fun at the shooting range, he felt it was the “best apology I ever got!!” However, regardless of Milius’s interruption, Arnie had doubts about The Terminator.

Arnold Schwarzenegger didn’t have faith in The Terminator
