In 2023 Mr. Olympia, a new champion was named. The winner this year is Derek Lunsford, who defeated the defending champion, Hadi Choopan. But what made Derek even more special was that he showed great humility, and did not brag about his win. This made bodybuilding fans like him even more.

Hadi Choopan lost his title to Derek Lunsford, who used to be the 212 Mr. Olympia champion as Samson Dauda came in third place. The Serbian Coach Milos Sarcev said, “He could have been four times Olympia Champion now, and he got a one and he lost, so he didn’t defend the title.
