In the latest edition of the Austrian Oak’s newsletter, Arnold’s Pump Club, he shared that coffee does not harm your blood pressure or heart rate. He wrote, “New research suggests that coffee does not negatively influence your blood pressure if you drink it regularly.” The study was done on three groups of people, divided on the basis of beverage intake; the first group was given coffee throughout the research. The second group was given decaf, and the third was given normal water for the study to continue.

“If you usually drink coffee — or have within 1 cup of your normal intake — your body doesn’t experience any adverse reaction,” explained the Austrian Oak. He concluded by highlighting that coffee has no dangerous fluctuations in your heart rate. In a previous edition of the Austrian Oak’s newsletter, he shared that the time of your first coffee has the potential to decrease your energy levels if consumed at the wrong time. The Terminator wrote, “As an alternative, it’s been suggested that your body could make better use of caffeine if you wait one to two hours after waking.“

Arnie answered the most important question, “So when should you have your first cup? According to the current research, it appears you can choose when to take your first sip.” It’s up to you if you feel energized while you wait for a perfect morning brew or drink coffee right away. He mentioned listening to your body and finding out what’s best for you by trial and error.
