To overcome this situation, Arnie introduced a training approach called exercise every minute on the minute (EMOM) training. “This workout maximizes every minute and has you done in less than 15 minutes,” says the seven-time Mr. Olympia. He further elucidated that in this method, one must start a 60-second timer, complete 10 reps of the first exercise, and rest only for the time left until the timer goes off. For the next five exercises, repeat the same process.

Legs are the most important muscle to hit, and one must never skip training their legs. What are your thoughts on Arnie’s leg workout regime? Will you follow his workout regime? Let us know in the comments.
