Arnold Schwarzenegger conveyed a message to the fans through his antics
Training in the gym is an intense affair. While ego-lifting might be problematic, going for a personal record takes confidence. We often see other lifters motivating and hyping up someone about to attempt a massive lift. Slapping the person, sometimes more than once, is a common way of hyping them up for the lift. However, the 6’2” Austrian Oak took it a step further.
Douglas Farrell trains with the five-time Mr. Universe winner at Gold Gym. Farrell is an actor and stuntman, and while training with the Terminator actor, he punches Arnie repeatedly in the face. The 4’5″ actor, however, never actually connected his punches. Both the actors were very clearly having fun with their short skit performance.
