Arnold Schwarzenegger is proud of a person who transformed his body

A man took to his X account and shared a transformation picture of himself on his wall. On the left side, he put up a picture of himself when he was fourteen years old; on the right side, he put up a transformed picture of himself. He had Arnold Schwarzenegger’s self-written Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life in his hand.

In the caption, he wrote, “@Schwarzenegger when I was 14, I was bullied for being 315 pounds. Your Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding changed my life. Now at 38, I’m honored to still be learning from you (now at 204 pounds and still lifting 4 days a week). Thank you for everything, sir!”

The Austrian Oak reshared the post on his wall and sent out a message for him. He wrote, “I am Proud of you!” Well, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Encyclopaedia of Modern Bodybuilding has indeed helped a lot of people understand and comprehend the sport of bodybuilding. His son from the affair, Joseph Baena, is among the followers who worship the book.
