Arnold Schwarzenegger touched upon the fact that many stop consuming coffee because they think it is a bad thing. However, several studies have only suggested otherwise. It is said that caffeine does more good to your body than you can think.

Arnie wrote, “​Research from the UK suggests that people who drink coffee and tea are 32 percent less likely to have a stroke and 28 percent less likely to suffer from dementia.” This was calculated based on a survey that was implemented on 365000 people over 11 years.

This is only one among the several research studies suggesting that drinking a cup of coffee is immensely good for your health. He concludes by writing, So consider this another reason to pour yourself another cup.”

In an earlier edition of his newsletter, Schwarzenegger shed light on how social circles can lead to a longer life. Instead of taking expensive pills and solutions, his life hack was simple, “Longevity supplements get all the buzz, but more time in the friend zone is what you need if you want to live longer. A review of 148 studies found that people with strong social relationships are associated with living up to 7 years longer.”
