Patrick Schwarzenegger, the eldest son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, is following in his father’s footsteps. The actor has already starred in multiple films and TV shows. Last year, he starred alongside his brother-in-law Chris Pratt in the hit Amazon Prime Video desire The Terminal List. The 29-year-old will soon star in the upcoming The Boys spin-off, Gen V. While many actors do not find the time to watch the latest releases, Arnie’s eldest makes time.

The actor loves to be in the audience and enjoys films as a cinema lover and not an actor. After heaping praise on Barbie and Oppenheimer, the Gen V star is excited about one of the biggest releases of the year. Earlier, Patrick Schwarzenegger tweeted about his excitement about watching the $200 million film starring Leonardo Di Caprio and Robert De Niro.

A new development about the release date has the actor excited

The bodybuilding legend’s son follows the page Discussing Film on X.com (formerly Twitter). The cinema fan gets the latest news about cinema from the page and has shared Discussing Film posts before. This time he shared a post about acclaimed auteur Martin Scorsese’s upcoming film Killers of the Flower Moon.

The film is based on David Grann’s 2017 novel of the same name. The Martin Scorsese film stars Academy Award Winner Leonardo Di Caprio in the leading role. Robert Di Nero, Lily Gladstone, Brendan Fraser, and others also star alongside Di Caprio. The $200 million project marks the sixth collaboration between Di Caprio and Scorsese.

Critics praised the film after its exclusive premiere at the 76th Cannes Film Festival. The makes planned to release the film in a limited capacity on Oct 6. However, Discussing Film posted that the limited-release plans have been scrapped. Instead, the film will release in theaters on Oct 20. The actor son of Arnold Schwarzenegger seemed excited to learn the news.

“I will be in attendance,” wrote Patrick Schwarzenegger while sharing the Discussing Film post on X.com. The seven-time Mr. Olympia’s son holds filmmakers like Scorsese, Tarantino, and others in high regard. His goal is to work with many renowned directors.

Unlike other acclaimed directors, Quentin Tarantino decided he wouldn’t continue making films after a point. So far, the filmmaker has told ten stories on the silver screen. However, his upcoming film could be his last. Patrick Schwarzenegger is a massive fan of Tarantino’s films and said he “would do anything,” to be in the Kill Bill director’s last project.

Besides Tarantino, the 29-year-old actor also expressed his desire to star in a Clint Eastwood film. The Gen V star wrote Clint Eastwood’s final film is “Another project I’ll work for free on.” 

Only time will tell if Patrick Schwarzenegger can land a role in Tarantino or Eastwood’s films. However, he is determined to catch the theatrical premiere of Killers of the Flower Moon.
