As the video begins, Granny Guns approaches him and asks if they can “work in” together.

She says, “Excuse me young man, can I work in with you?” Noel Deyzel happily gave her the rope to do some tricep pushdowns, but he went to lower the weight! Well, that was when the 65-year-old granny, who has an exceptionally jacked physique, stopped him by putting an arm on his shoulder.

As Noel Deyzel gave her the rope, Granny Guns started pulling out a set of tricep pushdowns as if the weight was nothing for her. This left him in an absolutely hilarious state.
