The fitness page posted a picture of her with a caption that read, “Nicole @worldofzenobia announces her decision to not compete at the 2023 Mr. Olympia for “personal and medical reasons”, says Zenobia.

Last year IFBB Pro secured fourth place at the Arnold Classic competitions. She also achieved victory at the Wasatch Warrior Pro 2022. Even this year she took part in 2023 San Antonio and earned her first place in the Figure division.

Graham’s decision divided the internet into two parts

Moving forward, the fitness trainer shared an IG post “2023 @mrolympiallc update. It with great disappointment that I must be exempt from the Olympia this year. For personal and medical reasons I am unable to compete this year. Such a hard decision to come to terms with…. But I know it is for the best.” Nicole’s taking a break from this year’s competition and aiming to come back stronger for the 2024 Mr. Olympia. The speculation on her remains the same.

As people commented on her post saying that he backed out because of, “Too much test and D! It is sad,” another fan also wrote the same and said, “likely due to PEDs.” While most individuals accused her of her choice, there were a few people who supported her and said, “@worldofzenobia will be back stronger than ever next year.” Other users also mentioned, “Hope she’s alright.”
