The thrilling video starts with a staggering 315 lbs military press, a display of raw strength that would leave any onlooker in awe. Afterward, he summoned the strength for a mind-boggling 540 lbs corner row, showcasing not only his physical prowess but also his unyielding determination.

In addition, the 496 lb bent-over row for eight reps was nothing short of mind-blowing.  Then he added in the video, an incline dumbbell bench presses with 200 lbs in each hand for seven reps demonstrated not only the power in his limbs but also the precision in his technique.

Coleman’s flat dumbbell bench, lifting 200 lbs for an impressive 12 reps, left spectators in disbelief. His 585 lbs front squat for four reps showcased a balance between power and control that is seldom seen in the world of bodybuilding. Before attempting the colossal 800 lbs squat, Coleman confessed, “Never in my life the first time for everything; that’s why we live in this world, time to bleed.” A declaration that echoed through the gym, setting the stage for what would be an awe-inspiring feat.
