Sam Sulek emphasized the benefits of cardio before an intense drill

In the latest YouTube short clip, Sulek talks about the pros and cons of doing cardio. In the beginning, he said cardio does wonders for your metabolism. It’s like giving your body’s engine a turbo boost, helping you burn calories more efficiently throughout the day. This means you can indulge a bit more in your favorite foods without worrying too much about gaining an extra pound.

He continued with pros and said that during a gym session, one can push their boundaries through a tough workout.“Let’s break down the pros first. Better metabolism. You’re going to be able to go harder in the gym. You’ll be able to take a set further because you’re going to be able to reoxygenate your blood more efficiently,” said Sulek. He described that with a good cardio foundation, you won’t find yourself gasping for breath after every set. Cardio Improves cardiovascular endurance means you can go harder, push further, and take your workouts to the next level.

He suggested eating a lot of calorie-rich food, aiming for around four to five thousand calories daily to be in a surplus and gain weight faster. His advice is quite similar to eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman he also emphasized eating more to gain more muscles.
