The 40-year-old recommends the significance of protein intake. He stressed the importance of consuming sufficient protein to prevent muscle loss, especially when in a calorie deficit. He noted, “high protein intakes gram per pound or so on average is going to add a big security blanket to the probability of muscle loss.” He addresses the common misconceptions, particularly surrounding fears of excessive muscle gain, particularly among women. He reassured individuals that resistance training leads to a toned and healthy physique without the risk of unwanted bulkiness.

As he stated, “if you supply adequate protein in your diet… you just look better, you feel better.”
