Landi’s physique update before the Pittsburgh Pro

In the video, Landi was seen performing hanging leg raises, an exercise that helps you increase functional strength and muscular development. It controls your abdominal muscles and even strengthens your grip. The young bodybuilder with Down syndrome did 15–16 reps easily and seemed all set for the upcoming Pittsburgh Pro

With only five weeks left for the show, the Canadian bodybuilder is giving his all to training to win the show. “Anyone excited for the Pittsburgh Pro? Hanging leg raises give me a good lat stretch while working my washboards,” Landi wrote in the caption. As Landi performed the leg raises, his wide lats were easily noticeable. His fans showered the comment section with their immense love and support for the bodybuilder.

One fan highlighted how Landi has overcome his Down syndrome and commented, “Syndrome: down buffed: up.” Another supported the young bodybuilder for his ventures and commented, “Wow they’re super hard to do.
