Despite being on vacation in early February, his commitment to fitness remained unwavering. Even amidst the scenic beauty of Aspen, he found himself hitting the gym, showcasing his determination to stay on track.

In a recent workout snippet he shared on Instagram, Bumstead displayed his trademark humor and determination when faced with a challenging last rep during dumbbell presses. With a witty caption accompanying his post, he stated, “Almost lost that last rep, but I was like hell no I ain’t being a skinny b*tch today.” This glimpse into his workout routine revealed his grit and resilience, pushing himself to achieve greatness even in the face of fatigue.

Earlier, during his vacation saga, Bumstead encountered challenges and openly shared the strain on his knees against the scenic Aspen backdrop. He had then delved into rigorous exercises such as single-arm lat pulldowns, incline dumbbell presses, and demanding sets of pull-ups. Despite the physical demands, Bumstead tackled each exercise, displaying unwavering commitment to his craft.

Even during his recent appearance at the Olympia battle alongside his competitors, Bumstead never wavered in his dedication to maintaining peak physical condition. However, he confessed about being slightly intimidated by his counterparts.

During a recent “Olympia battle,” Bumstead faced off against his rivals like Ramon Dino, Urs Kalecinski, and the new Arnold Classic Classic Physique champion Wesley Vissers. Before they began their “battle” in the gym, CBum was asked by host Tim Wilkins how he was feeling, Bumstead candidly admitted, “I feel pale and skinny beside these guys right now you know but it’s good I’m proud of all of them.” He also expressed excitement for the upcoming Olympia competition.
