Bodybuilding Coach Explains Importance of a “Drastically Underrated” Supplement for Both Physical and Cognitive Benefits

Creatine is known in the bodybuilding world for its numerous benefits. Bodybuilding champions often use this supplement to increase their muscles as well as their metabolism. Even Jay Cutler has mentioned this supplement before and has said that it is essential for enhancing energy while training. Luke Miller, the owner of “No Switch Fitness”, the company that prioritizes “No Off Switch in the Pursuit of Results” also agrees that creatine is a very beneficial supplement.

He listed the reasons why the supplement is underrated and should be used by more fitness and body-building enthusiasts.

In the video, he directly goes into the crux of the matter and questions the audience about whether creatine monohydrate is overrated or underrated. He then explains, “In my opinion, it is drastically underrated Not only for the performance benefits that it has but for the brain health benefits that it has as well. If you’re not using the supplement, make sure you add it to your stack.”

Not only did he give a sneak peek of the various benefits of the supplement in the video but he further elaborated on it in the caption. He listed the points concerning performance and said that creatine can increase strength and power output while training. It is also said to have an osmotic effect where it draws water into the muscle cells and increases the cell volume, thereby increasing the volume of the muscle.

Not only did he list the physical benefits but also the cognitive benefits that come from using creatine. One of his points was, “It may help protect brain cells from oxidative stress and neurodegenerative conditions. While more research is needed in this area, the initial findings are promising.” This might be the first time that a bodybuilding champion has advocated for this fitness supplement. However, the list doesn’t end there as another bodybuilding champ divulged his relationship with creatine.

Creatine has the potential to aid muscle growth

Brandon Curry who is a 40-year-old bodybuilding champion also disclosed his secret morning protein mantra. He had said that he uses coffee and creatine in the morning and implied vaguely that mixing creatine with warm liquids leads to better absorption of the proteins in the body. “Oh, you didn’t know you get better absorption of creatine in a warm liquid? Now you know!”, the mammoth bodybuilder’s caption added.

Even Jay Cutler had once said that he consumed creatine along with TRT. He discussed the benefits of creatine and said that it helps in having the best performance on stage because it enhances the muscles in a healthy manner.
